Lambrusco AND trebbiano are the typical grape varieties of the area around Modena used for making LA Organic BALSAMICO DI MODENA. The grape must boils slowly at low temperatures in outdoor cauldrons. Natural fermentation, acidification and decantation take place in different wood casks, with aging taking a minimum of 12 months. Use our Balsamic di Modena to create excellent sauces, salad dressing and as a special marinade for meat based dishes. Delicious with cheeses such as Parmesan and a delightful way to add an exotic touch to fruits and ice creams. Also the perfect way to garnish cooked meats.
